# Export and import settings

To copy settings to another site, open **Offloft → Tools → Export or import settings** and click **Export**. Access keys are left out unless you choose to include them. On the other site, choose the file and click **Import**. Offloft shows what will change first, and you can undo the import.

## Exporting

Leave **Access keys left out** as it is unless you need them. If you choose **Include access keys**, treat the file like a password, because anyone holding it can reach your bucket.

## Importing

Choose the settings file. **Import these settings?** shows a table of each setting, its value now and its value after the import. Click **Import** to apply it. **Undo settings** puts the earlier values back.
