# Site Health tests

Offloft adds four tests to **Tools → Site Health**: your connection to storage, background tasks, delivery, and open issues. They read Offloft's stored state, so they add no requests to your provider when they run. A problem here means Offloft's work is affected. Your site keeps loading media from a working copy.

## Connection

- **Offloft can reach your bucket.** All is well.
- **Offloft isn't connected to storage yet.** Set it up to start offloading.
- **Offloft can't reach your bucket.** New uploads wait on your server. See [provider busy](/docs/troubleshooting/provider-busy).
- **Offloft's last connection test failed.** Uploads still work. Test again from settings.
- **Offloft can't read its storage settings.** Enter your keys again.

## Background tasks

- **Offloft background tasks are running.** All is well.
- **Offloft background tasks aren't running.** See [uploads stuck](/docs/troubleshooting/uploads-stuck).

## Delivery

- **Media loads from your delivery domain.** Verified files come from your storage, and the rest from your server.
- **Media loads from your server.** Offloft isn't serving from the cloud yet.
- **Media can't load from your delivery domain yet.** See [delivery check fails](/docs/troubleshooting/delivery-check-fails).

## Issues

Reports whether any [issues](/docs/issues-and-fixes) are open.
