Can the client see Offloft's screens?
Only people with the capability to manage Offloft see them. That is administrators by default, and a setting can extend it to editors. Developers can set a different capability with the offloft/capability filter.
How do licenses work with staging sites?
Local and staging sites, like localhost, don't count toward your plan's site limit.
