Download questions
Is the download really free?
Yes. The free plugin has no file limit and no trial period, and it copies, checks and serves your whole library. It keeps your local files. Offloft Pro is optional, and adds automatic setup, scheduled audits, repair, alerts and removal of local copies.
Will installing it change my site?
No. Nothing changes for your visitors when you activate it. Your media keeps loading from your server until you've connected storage and both tests pass.
Where do I get Offloft Pro?
Pro is an add-on that runs next to the free plugin. After you buy it, download it from your purchase email or the customer portal, then upload it to your site.
Can I remove it later?
Yes. Normal offloading doesn't change your database, so deactivating Offloft puts your site back on its local files. If you removed local copies with Pro, or used the optional Replace URLs tool, bring your files back or undo the replacement first.
Installed it already?
