Terms of sale

These terms cover buying Offloft Pro. The free Offloft plugin needs no purchase, and is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. Freemius sells Offloft Pro as the merchant of record, so its terms also apply to your purchase, and its name may appear on your statement.

Your license

A plan covers the number of sites it lists. Licenses are billed yearly and renew automatically, unless you turn auto-renew off in the customer portal. Prices are in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout.

If your license ends

Your site keeps working and your images stay online. Audits, repairs, alerts and new removals pause until you renew. You can still bring every file back to your server.

Refunds

Every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. See refunds.

Your storage

You choose and pay your own storage provider. Their prices, terms and availability are between you and them. Keep your own backups of anything you can't replace.

No warranty

Offloft and Offloft Pro are provided as they are, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
