Every Offloft Pro plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To ask for a refund within 14 days of buying, email support@offloft.com from the address you bought with, or use the customer portal.

What happens next

The refund goes back through Freemius, which handled the payment. Pro stops working on your sites once the license is cancelled. Your site keeps working, and your images stay online.

If Pro removed local copies, you can bring every file back to your server, using the free plugin.
