02Automatic setupWhat Pro's automatic setup does, and how to run it on Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3.

Offloft Pro's automatic setup creates your Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3 bucket, a key that works for that bucket only, and the address visitors load files from, in about a minute. You give it temporary access in the setup wizard. Offloft never saves that access, and removes it where it can.

03Scheduled auditsPro re-checks your cloud copies on a schedule, spread across the period, in the hours you allow.

Scheduled audits re-check your cloud copies so a file that changes or disappears in the bucket is caught. A full pass runs weekly by default and spreads evenly across that period, so it never runs as one burst. Files uploaded or edited in the last 7 days are also re-checked daily.

04Automatic repairPro runs the same fixes as the Fix buttons, with a few tries, and tells you what it couldn't fix.

Automatic repair runs the same fix as the Fix buttons in Issues, in the background, whenever an issue appears. A failed try is retried after 5 minutes, 30 minutes and 2 hours, up to the limit you set. Whatever it can't fix stays in Issues, with what happened.

05AlertsGet told by email, Slack or webhook when something needs you, and how to verify a webhook.

Alerts tell you by email, Slack or webhook when something needs you, not when everything is fine. Add a channel in Offloft → Settings → Alerts, click Send test to check it, and choose how often warnings arrive: in a daily digest or a weekly one.

06Safe removal of local copiesThe rules Pro follows before removing a local file, and how to undo it.

Removing local copies frees disk space on your server. It's a Pro feature, off unless you turn it on. Pro removes a local copy only after every file of that item is verified in the cloud and a safety delay has passed. If WordPress needs a removed file, it comes back by itself.

07Manage your licenseActivate, move or renew your Offloft Pro license, and what happens to your site and files when the license ends.

Manage your license under Offloft → Account. You can see its plan, renewal date and sites in use, and deactivate it on a site to free its slot. Billing is handled by Freemius through the customer portal. If your license ends, your site keeps working and your images stay online.
