Alerts
Alerts tell you by email, Slack or webhook when something needs you, not when everything is fine. Add a channel in Offloft → Settings → Alerts, click Send test to check it, and choose how often warnings arrive: in a daily digest or a weekly one.
Add a channel
Click Add channel, choose a type and give it a name.
- Email. One or more addresses.
- Slack. A Slack webhook address.
- Webhook. Your own address, with an optional signing secret.
Verifying a webhook
With a signing secret, each request carries this header, the HMAC-SHA256 of the exact body:
