Server clock out of sync (Request Time Too Skewed)
Storage providers reject requests when the sending server's clock is too far off, usually with RequestTimeTooSkewed. Offloft shows "Your server's clock is wrong, so the provider rejected the request." Ask your host to synchronize the server clock (NTP), then run the connection test again. Your keys are fine.
What to tell your host
"My server's clock is out of sync, and cloud storage requests are being rejected with RequestTimeTooSkewed. Please enable NTP time synchronization."
You don't need to change anything in WordPress. WordPress's timezone setting doesn't affect this.
